You will be responsible for running Shyft’s Growth efforts at every stage, experimenting with new acquisition methods, tracking results, and building a predictable revenue engine across our B2C and B2B product lines. You will be directing the strategy for key areas and channels including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and marketing operations.
Reporting to you will be an email marketer, an SEO specialist, a marketing operations specialist, and significant agency support. You’ll use data to drive decisions, constantly looking to improve Growth metrics and communicate results and insights to the C suite team. You will be a key player in Shyft’s success in scaling 10x from where we are currently.
You enjoy working with people and data and figuring out what works and doesn’t. You aren’t afraid to try new ideas and regularly challenge yourself and your team to think differently. You are enthusiastic about working in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing startup.
