Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Shyft you will be responsible for outbound and inbound sales prospecting, booking and completing effective demos of Shyft products and services, and getting prospects to the contracting stage. Your success will depend on your ability to organize your activities, communicate effectively and timely, and manage your pipeline.


Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads from Growth campaigns into sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, texts
  • Present our company and demonstrate solutions to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and pain points so that you can suggest appropriate products/services
  • Managing pipeline


Reporting to Head of Business Development


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience within Financial Services and/or selling to Moving companies
  • SaaS environment sales experience an advantage
  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales
  • Demonstrating strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Previous Sales Development experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate at a high level with decision makers


Compensation

  • $45,000 base salary per annum
  • $28,000 OTE per annum
