Fuel to our sales machine - the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for servicing inbound sales and related inquiries with a focus on engaging and qualifying all prospective customers. This role is one of the first touch points for prospects and has the opportunity to set the tone for the sales cycle.

You are empathetic and a good listener. You have excellent communication skills, and a problem solver. You understand that each move is unique and each person/family’s needs are different. The nitty-gritty stuff.
If you are still reading this - here’s the deal. You are often the first point of contact so the customer will have lots of questions. To some, you won’t have an answer but know where to go for assistance. Navigate the complex process and understand what assistance they need along the way. The goal is to qualify the best leads and get those leads over to sales as quickly as possible for a video survey. The best leads tend to be those prospects needing to move their household goods and automobiles to a new city and/or state and need help with coordinating, packing and loading so they can get to work or start living their new lifestyle as quickly as possible. You will listen to the customers needs and when they are looking for Housing Assistance or Lifestyle options then you will assist the customer by referring them to one of our partners relative to the city and state they are seeking help. You will do this be completing referral forms and sending them to the right partner.
Make sure that they get the best service, and help them see that using Shyft services is the best choice. In other words - make their experience legendary!
